Introducing the #ZINE Art Contest for Teens! In honor of Martin Luther King Jr., Prescott area artists in grades 5-12 are invited to submit art that celebrates the ideas of community, peace, love, justice, freedom, and/or civil rights for all. Download the contest guidelines and submission form or stop by the Youth Desk to pick up a copy. The submission deadline is December 15, 2023.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for the best artistic expression of the theme: LOVE in Action. Contest winners will be notified by January 8, 2024. All contest submissions are eligible for publication in Prescott Public Library’s #ZINE and may be placed on display in the library.
The #ZINE Art Contest for Teens is presented in collaboration with the Prescott Martin Luther King Jr. Peace and Justice Committee, with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.
