To reserve a book club kit please fill out the form below*, visit the Ask a Librarian Desk on the 2nd floor of the library, call 928.777.1526, or email us.

Book Club Kits are provided with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.

*If you do not NOT plan to pick up the Book Club Kit at Prescott Public Library, please call the Ask a Librarian desk at 928.777.1526 to complete your request for pickup at another location.
