Request a Meeting Room


Prescott Public Library is pleased to make our meeting facilities available for use by the community.

Before requesting meeting rooms for the first time, please read our Meeting Room Use Policy and submit a completed Meeting Room Application to the Meeting Room Coordinator at least seven days in advance of the date requested.

The library’s meeting room capacities are approximate with people seated in chairs.

Users are responsible for the set up and clean up of the room.
Please be aware that room capacities limit the ability to add chairs to some rooms. Please contact the Meeting Room Coordinator for more information or if equipment training is necessary.
